The Sales Consultant will join our existing Sales and Marketing team, reporting to the Sales Manager. The role requires full coverage of the Sales process, from generating leads through to managing ongoing relationships and successfully closing deals.

Progress Developers
Reporting to the Software Development Team Leader, you will join our existing team working to enhance and develop our Proclaim® Case Management and Accounts software.
Office-based at our Bradford premises, you must possess:
- Working experience of Progress v8 or v9 (GUI)

Data Conversion Specialist
Working with our development and implementation teams, you will be responsible for the conversion and migration of data from existing systems to our Proclaim® software.
Candidates must have a solid background in data migration, with an impeccable eye for detail.
Experience may have been gained within the legal IT industry, although candidates from other industries will also be considered.
This position is open to candidates UK-wide, and could suit a home-worker.
Project Manager
You will join our existing Consultancy team, providing project management and implementation for new and existing users of our Proclaim® Case Management software.
The role involves all of the following:
- Analysing the business process requirements of specific clients
- Preparation of initial project management documentation and plans, in line with Eclipse project management principals
- Liaising with other Eclipse departments to ensure the smooth transition and implementation of the Proclaim® system
Location: Office-based at our Bradford premises.
Experience in the implementation and project management of legal software (case and / or practice management solutions) would be advantageous.

Legal Accounts Software Trainer
Reporting to the Accounts Services Team Leader, you will join our existing Accounts Consultancy team, providing training and ongoing support to users of our Proclaim® Accounts software.
The role involves all of the following:
- Delivering of classroom-style, pre-prepared training sessions for small groups (between 1-6 individuals)
- Preparation of training documentation, and related administrative tasks
- Delivering pre-prepared and bespoke sessions to clients at their premises
- Provision of ongoing consultancy to our clients regarding their use of our Proclaim® system
Office-based at our Bradford premises. UK-wide travel will be required.
Essential skills / qualifications / qualities:
- Confident communicator with all levels of IT user
- Strong knowledge of legal accounting procedures / Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
- Software training experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Full driving license

Legal Accounts Support
Reporting to the Accounts Services Team Leader, you will join our existing Accounts Support team, providing assistance to users of our Proclaim® Accounts software.
Providing first-line support to our clients, you will deal with a varied level of Accounts knowledge, from novices through to Financial Accountants, and will take initial enquiries through to a successful resolution. Enquiries will be relating to our Proclaim® Legal Accounts software.
Office-based at our Bradford premises, you will ideally be currently working as a Legal Cashier with at least 12 months' working knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules. A knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel is desirable but not essential.
You will be an excellent communicator at all levels – both with clients and colleagues. An appreciation of the urgency and importance of our clients’ needs is desirable. Full training will be given on all our Proclaim® software.

Reporting to the Senior Support Consultant, you will join our existing Support team, providing assistance to users of our Proclaim® Case Management software.
Providing first-line support to our clients, you will deal with a varied level of IT user, from novices through to technical administrators, and will take initial enquiries through to a successful resolution. Enquiries will be mainly related to our bespoke Proclaim® software, but will also involve Microsoft products and networking.
Office-based at our Bradford premises, you will be a recent graduate – possibly Computer Science or related discipline – with at least 12 months’ IT Helpdesk experience. A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel is required, as is knowledge of networking and hardware issues.
You will be an excellent communicator at all levels – both with clients and colleagues. An appreciation of the urgency and importance of our clients’ needs is desirable, as is some experience in an IT support environment. Full training will be given on our Proclaim® software.
Case Management Workflow Designer/Business Analyst
Your role will be to analyse our clients' working processes and implement suitable Proclaim® Case Management workflows to maximise internal efficiencies.
You will manage the introduction of the system and ongoing development. Needless to say, you must be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and possess first-rate communication skills. You may currently be actively involved in workflow implementation, either from a supplier or user (law firm) angle. Some project management/training experience would be beneficial.
